At the helm are co-founders Ben Young and Fred Kukelhaus, whose shared vision to start a custom furniture company grew into the thriving fabrication studio Hugo & Hoby is today. As co-founders, they continue to guide the company with creativity, hands-on involvement, and a genuine passion for the craft - a willingness to wear just about every hat required to grow the business.
